The queue never stops
Password resets, MFA questions, printers, mailbox permissions. Most of your tickets are repetitive work that eats up your best people.
In development · launching 2027 · founding partners wanted
mspai resolves your first-line tickets on its own, prepares second-line work and runs on top of the PSA, RMM and documentation you already use. Your engineers stay in control, and finally get time for the real work.
The problem
Password resets, MFA questions, printers, mailbox permissions. Most of your tickets are repetitive work that eats up your best people.
Hiring takes months, onboarding even longer. Your MSP's growth is capped by capacity, not by clients.
PSA, RMM, documentation, M365 admin. Gathering context often takes longer than fixing the problem.
How it works
mspai is not a chatbot on your website. It's a colleague that runs your entire first line and prepares the second, within the boundaries you set.

Takes requests via email, Teams, portal and chat. Recognises the client, user and device, asks the right questions and resolves standard requests itself, from password resets to shared mailboxes.
Gathers context from RMM, documentation and past tickets, proposes a diagnosis and a concrete plan. Scripts and runbooks only run after an engineer approves.
Engineers see a clean queue with summary, priority and proposal. Everything the AI does is explainable and visible in the audit log.
The platform
One queue with clear priorities, SLA timers and AI summaries. No forms with forty fields.
Every client gets its own strictly separated environment with its own SLAs, runbooks, permissions and settings.
Through GDAP and Microsoft Graph: manage users, licences, mailboxes, MFA and Intune devices right from the ticket.
End users report via Teams, email or portal and follow the status live. Key users approve requests themselves.
Capture how you solve things. The AI follows your runbooks, and asks permission wherever you want it to.
What was resolved, how fast and by whom: human or AI. Ready for your quarterly review.
Integrations
Use mspai as a complete service desk, or as a modern front end on top of your existing PSA. Tickets, clients, contracts and assets stay in sync both ways.
Integrations are in development. We set the order together with our founding partners. Brand names belong to their respective owners.

For your people
mspai takes over the repetitive work, so your engineers can do what they're good at: projects, advice and the hard problems. New hires get productive faster, because your best people's knowledge lives in runbooks and ticket history.
Security & EU
You give us access to your clients' environments. That's why these aren't promises made after the fact, but design principles from the very first line of code.

Storage and processing in European data centres, including the AI models.
Every client gets its own encrypted environment. Never shared context between clients.
GDAP with role-based, time-bound access. The AI never gets more rights than a ticket needs.
An immutable audit log of every action, by humans and AI alike.
Client data is never used to train models.
Incident logging, reporting and supply-chain controls built in, for you and your clients.
Founding partners
We're looking for ten MSPs to shape mspai together with us. Your stack and your pain points decide what we build first.

FAQ
It doesn't have to. You can use mspai as a complete service desk, or as a front end on top of Autotask, HaloPSA or ConnectWise. Tickets and time entries stay in sync.
No. You decide per client and per action what may run automatically. Anything with impact requires an engineer's approval by default, and every action is in the audit log.
In the EU. Storage and processing, including the AI models, happen in European data centres. Your clients' data is never used to train models.
Founding partners get first access to the private beta. General availability is planned for 2027.
We'll announce pricing later. Founding partners help shape the pricing model and keep a lasting discount.
Eventually, yes: MSPs will be able to offer mspai as a service to their clients. For now, we're building for MSPs first.
